The 90-Day HERO Program

The 90-day coaching program with BlessBody Fit Academy is designed to transform individuals from a VILLAIN mindset into HEROES, equipping them to live beyond their best self by adopting POWER and SUPER habits. The program is divided into three phases, each lasting 30 days, with specific goals, milestones, and action steps. This is our main flagship program which is designed to help transform individuals into the best version of themselves! This program includes 1-1 and 60-minute weekly calls and access to all on-demand subscription content (videos, programs, articles, and books, etc.) within the Academy’s learning platform and online tool for one full year!

Phase 1: Foundation & Self-Awareness

(Days 1-30)

First, we stablish a strong foundation by identifying current behaviors, habits, and mindsets. We begin the transformation process by adopting the POWER habits and addressing these two main focus areas:

  • VILLAIN Identification: Understand and confront the current negative patterns, behaviors, and thoughts holding you back.

POWER Habits: Start integrating the POWER (Prayer, Obedience, Workout, Education, Recharge) habits into daily routines.

In addition, the program for Phase I is broken down into the following milestones for each week during the phase:

Week 1: Self-Assessment & Goal Setting: Complete the initial assessment to identify areas for growth. Define specific, measurable goals for the next 90 days. Begin incorporating Prayer and Obedience into daily routines.

Week 2: Embracing POWER Habits: Focus on establishing a regular workout routine and educational habits. Set up a daily schedule that includes time for physical activity, learning, and spiritual growth.

Week 3: Breaking Vicious Cycles: Build a supportive community or accountability group to reinforce new habits. Focus on the Recharge aspect, ensuring proper rest and recovery.

Milestone: By the end of Phase 1, participants should
have a clear understanding of their starting point, be
actively practicing POWER habits, and feel supported in their journey.

Phase 2: Transformation & Growth

(Days 31-60)

Next, we deepen the transformation by focusing on HERO qualities, leveraging the SUPER framework, and
continuing to build momentum.

HERO Qualities: Develop Humility, Encouragement, Reliability, and Over-the-Top Service in daily life.

SUPER Framework: Apply the SUPER (Specify, Understand, Picture, Execute, Review) framework to achieve set goals.

In addition, the program for Phase II is broken down into the following milestones for each week during the phase:

Week 5: Developing Humility & Encouragement: Focus on HUMBLE actions and mindset, putting others first and seeking to serve. Practice Encouragement, both self encouragement
and encouraging others.

Week 6: Applying the SUPER Framework: Specify your destination: Clarify the big picture goal for the next 60 days. Understand your journey: Reflect on the progress made so far and adjust strategies as needed.

Week 7: Building Reliability & Over-the-Top Service: Focus on being reliable in all commitments and responsibilities. Look for opportunities to go above and beyond in serving others.

Week 8: Picture Your Success & Execute Your Plan: Visualize the success you’re working towards and keep it front of mind. Take consistent, focused action to execute your plan.

Milestone: By the end of Phase 2, participants should be actively demonstrating HERO qualities, applying the SUPER framework, and making significant progress toward their goals.

Phase 3: Beyond Best Self & Lasting Change

(Days 61-90)

Finally, we solidify the transformation, ensure lasting change, and begin living beyond your best self with God’s guidance.

Living Beyond Your Best Self: Focus on going beyond your current limits, with God providing the “SUPER” part of the journey.

Reflection & Forward Planning: Review progress, celebrate successes, and plan for continued growth.

In addition, the program for Phase III is broken down into the following milestones for each week during the phase:

Week 9: Embracing SUPER-Powered Living: Focus on allowing God to enhance your strengths and guide your path. Reflect on the journey and recognize areas where divine intervention has been evident.

Week 10: Final Push & Review: Execute your plan with full intensity, knowing the end of the 90 days is near. Regularly review your progress and make necessary adjustments. Reflect on the entire journey, noting areas of significant growth and areas needing further work.

Week 11: Celebration & Reflection: Celebrate your successes, both big and small.

Week 12: Planning for the Future: Set new goals for the next 90 days, focusing on continuous improvement. Create a plan to maintain and build upon the habits and mindsets developed.

Milestone: By the end of Phase 3, participants should be living beyond their best self, fully integrated into the HERO mindset, and equipped with the tools to continue their transformation.

Weekly Coaching Calls

One 60-minute coaching call per week to provide guidance, answer questions, and keep participants accountable.

Daily Reflection Journal

Encourage participants to keep a journal for daily reflections and to track their progress.

Accountability Groups

Small groups within the program to provide mutual support and encouragement.

Full access to articles, videos, and other resources to reinforce learning and growth which includes a one-year subscription to all content in our online platform!
